Veriscreen is anticipating a great annual meeting with the Carolina Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) this weekend at the beautiful Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes. VeriScreen VP of Market Development, Scott Dickinson, will be an exhibitor at the annual meeting and would welcome the opportunity to discuss questions, concerns and needs you have about background screening. Veriscreen has been proudly helping numerous Carolina public housing authorities get great, reliable tenants for nearly 2 decades. Scott Dickinson is a new face to the VeriScreen team and we would love current and prospective Carolina customers to meet with him.
Scott came to VeriScreen after seeing how our business model is truly unique compared to our competitors. We have done numerous tests in the last few months and are still seeing error rates on existing residents ranging from 15%-35%. That translates into substantial ROIs losses due to delinquencies and evictions. In light of the recent HUD Memo on Disparate Discrimination we feel it is even more important to deliver ALL the records (Eviction and Criminal) instead of just the easy felony records.
Scott is a proven professional that came from eScreen. He was instrumental in its success and eventually sold to a larger company. Scott lives in Tampa Florida and is in charge of getting our message out to affordable housing property managers.
