Research Analyst

At VeriScreen, we process highly detailed and comprehensive background checks and we are currently growing in Evansville, IN! We are needing to add to our researcher team. Our research analyst are the core of VeriScreen and why we have been so successful. Our researchers experience a rigorous training process before completing background checks for our clients. Due to this training, we are able to guarantee to our clients the most comprehensive, detailed, and accurate background checks.
The research analyst is the person who will process the various requests for a background check from our residential and employment clients. The chosen candidate must be able to concentrate for long periods of time, be detail oriented, able to learn, retain, and build upon training material, multitask, and focus throughout the day. The research analyst will also have customer service skills as the chosen candidate will engage with clients over the phone and through email. Phone etiquette and email etiquette are a must.
This position is a full time position with hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. The chosen candidate must complete an extensive background check including a drug test. Additionally, the chosen candidate must sign a non-compete and confidentiality notice before starting the position. Benefits are available and pay will be based upon experience. Some college coursework completed is preferred.
